Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns, exchanges, or refunds of purchased items only granted if the item(s) are unopened and the purchase was 20 days or less.

Refunds, less any applicable fees, are returned to the original payment method.

Items sold as “final sale” or “as is” cannot be returned.

Returns and exchanges may incur a $5.00 restocking fee and may require for purchaser to pay return shipping costs.

Warranties for CDs only for 60 days after date of purchase and only if the CD will not play.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately, but not later than 10 days from purchase, at info@wordpictures.media. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package from the carrier, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery and shipping fees OR we will refund the order minus the shipping costs.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@wordpictures.media so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund.
