Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns, exchanges, or refunds of purchased items only granted if the item(s) are unopened and the purchase was 20 days or less. If the item arrived damaged, a replacement or refund will be honored with proof of damage within 10 days of purchase by emailing the order number or order confirmation number and photos of damage to info@wordpictures.media.

Items sold as “final sale” or “as is” cannot be returned.

Returns and exchanges may incur a $5.00 restocking fees and for purchaser to pay return shipping costs. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Warranties for CDs only for 60 days after date of purchase, only if the CD will not play.
