At WordPictures ("we," "us," "our"), we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs and other related matters for orders placed through our websites.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us at info@wordpictures.media to discuss potential shipping options.

2. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delays: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping Options: We offer various shipping methods through USPS & UPS depending on your location. The available options, along with their costs, will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, your location and the total weight of your order.

Free Shipping: At this time, we do not offer Free Express Shipping.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. You will receive an estimated delivery window with your order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are typically between 3-15 business days. Please note that shipping times may be longer due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. WordPictures  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations due to local regulations or carrier restrictions. If your order contains a restricted item, we will notify you and provide alternative options.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package from the carrier, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery and shipping fees OR we will refund the order minus the shipping costs.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@wordpictures.media so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately, but not later than 10 days from purchase, at info@wordpictures.media. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
