EVENT POLICY:

There is NO price reduction if you make alternate off-site food arrangements or bring your own food.  

Cancellation of booking accommodated as follows:

· before or on April 17th, 2026  - 75% of booking is returned

· before or on May 8th, 2026 – 50% of booking is returned

· before or on May 22th, 2026 – 25% of booking is returned 

This is a rain or shine event. Absolutely no refunds after May 22nd, 2026.
